Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
We welcome both walk-in and scheduled appointments. However, booking ensures minimal waiting time and guarantees your preferred time slot. A booking fee of RM30 applies and is deducted from your consultation charges.
What is the RM30 booking fee?
The RM30 booking fee secures your appointment slot. It is credited toward your total consultation or service charges — so you're not paying extra, just reserving your time with us.
Do you accept insurance or panel clinics?
Yes, we are paneled with several major insurance providers and corporate medical panels. Please contact us with your insurance details, and we'll confirm coverage before your visit.
What should I bring for a health screening?
Please bring your IC/passport, wear comfortable clothing, and fast for at least 10 hours if your screening includes blood tests. We'll send preparation instructions when you book.
Can I choose my preferred doctor?
Absolutely! When booking, you can select your preferred doctor based on their specialty and availability. We'll do our best to accommodate your choice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, online banking, and e-wallets (Touch n Go, GrabPay, Boost). We aim to make payment as convenient as possible.
